How we're different
Most of what a lettings agent does is admin — listings, enquiries, referencing, contracts, compliance, deposit protection, renewals, repair coordination. It's important work but it's repetitive, and a branch full of people on salaries is an expensive way to do it. We use modern software to handle the admin around the clock, without dropped balls.
What software can't do is meet a prospective tenant at a property, show them around, and answer their questions on the spot. That bit needs a real person — but it doesn't need someone sitting in a branch office all day on a salary. So we built a local team instead. Our people live in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, know the area better than anyone, and handle every accompanied viewing in person.
The result: flat-fee pricing, faster lets, a local team you actually meet, and a service that feels like a sharp modern property agency — not a stuffy high-street one.
